We do our best to safely and securely wrap all orders, however, we are not responsible for damages potentially incurred during shipping. Any faults with the products, or pack discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.
About Custom Made orders:
What cannot be returned: Most products made here at NuCre8ion are custom made to order products. With this in mind, please make sure before finalizing and paying for your order that it is definitely what you want. We will verify and communicate with you about your order before processing. After your order is confirmed and verified, we will complete and ship your product. Because we sell customized products, the products are tailored for YOU and YOUR creation and cannot be sold to anyone else. Therefore, unless something is physical flawed, we will not accept returns.
What can be returned: All items carry a 30 day (days start on the day the order was placed), return policy ON ORDERS WHERE WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR OR IF THE GOODS RECEIVED WERE DAMAGED PRIOR TO SHIPPING (wrinkles on fabrics are not considered damaged goods as some wrinkles will occur during the handling of packages). What this means is that you have 30 days from the post marked date, to return merchandise for a refund once we have given the approval for a return. UNLESS WE MADE AN ERROR, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE WE HAVE SHIPPED THE PRODUCT OUT.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us via e-mail ASAP and we will do the best we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of the package(s) as soon as the order is delivered to ensure that you have sufficient time to return the order, once we agree on the return.
Shipping charges for products returned: We will be unable to correct any order after the 30 day period. NuCre8ion will pay for the shipping fee (UPS ground or 1st class via the US post office) associated with returned merchandise when we have made an error.
About Pre-Designed orders:
To return a Pre-Designed product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the pre-designed items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
